On holiday I kept waking up with my brain on fire with creative imagination.
First came the new name for my seven step coaching process; Seven Lightstones...

I then was drawn to a book on lighthouses...
...and found a ship with a lighthouse on it!
I was drawn to the book on lighthouses because my first name for Rising Talent was First Light and my business card image was a lighthouse.
What was unusual was that the lighthouse ship was called Seven Stones. The Seven Stones lightvessel to be exact. The Seven Stones it protects are the seven islands around the Isles of Scilly. The previous night our friend John had been talking of navigating his new boat Moonshadow around the same islands, but he didn't mention the Seven Stones lightvessel.
A first circle was complete and I felt that at last I have found the right name for my process.
The first lightstone is about self discovery. The second lightstone is about understanding and building rapport with others.
The final five are the keys to success in life that I have so long been searching for. They integrate as one and together have constantly produced such excellent results for both myself and my coachees.
I then looked at introducing my Seven Lightstones into my novel of the heroes journey...
